There are three new entries (in Portuguese) in the Dictionary of Moral and Political Philosophy:
“Genocide“, by Giovanni Damele (IFILNOVA);
“Deliberative Democracy“, by Giuseppe Ballacci and António Baptista (CEPS);
“Tolerance“, by José Tomaz Castello Branco (IEP-Católica).
The Dictionary of Moral and Political Philosophy, supported by IFILNOVA, offers free access to specialized texts in Portuguese on significant topics and concepts in the fields of Moral and Political Philosophy.
Each entry provides a summary of the main philosophical issues raised by the topic in question, introducing a critical and updated reflection on the various conceptions at play in the emerging debates. Thus, by its nature of permanent updating, it aims to disseminate philosophical work in Moral and Political Philosophy to a broad, yet interested, audience.
