International Migrants Day 2025
Reflections on the Amendments to the Immigration Law
As part of the commemorations of International Migrants Day, the NOVA Asylum Policy Lab will host an afternoon of discussions bringing together academia and civil society. The event will take place on 18 December (Thursday) and aims to reflect on the recent amendments to the Foreigners’ Law, as well as to gather contributions on what still remains to be achieved in order to strengthen the promotion and protection of migrants’ rights in Portugal.
This event is organised within the framework of the activities of the project Jean Monnet Module on EU Asylum Policy: assessing practices of refugees reception (EUAsPO).
