Elementos para uma política da Liberdade segundo Nietzsche

Presentation of the book by Alice Medrado, Nietzsche – Liberdade e Imoralismo (Kotter Editorial, 2023), which deals with Nietzsche’s notion of freedom, addressing both his critique of free will moralities and the development of a Nietzschean concept of freedom. In addition to presenting the book, the author will deal with some of the developments that have been the subject of her current research.

The session will be in Portuguese.

Bio

Alice Medrado is a professor in the Department of Philosophy at the State University of Montes Claros (UNIMONTES). With a degree, master’s degree and doctorate in Philosophy from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), she has dedicated herself to researching Nietzsche since graduating. Author of the book Nietzsche – Liberdade e Imoralismo, published in 2023 by Kotter Editorial.
