Margherita Giannoni is a PhD student in Philosophy at NOVA University Lisbon. She develops her research at IFILNOVA under the supervision of Susana Cadilha (IFILNOVA) and co-supervision of María G. Navarro (Universidad de Salamanca). Her project, Beyond the normative self-constitution of personhood: between Bernard Williams and Feminist Ethics, which has received an FCT research grant, explores the reception of Bernard Williams in feminist ethics and proposes a reconceptualisation of personal identity and integrity. Her research focuses on the interplay between practical agency, philosophy of emotions and feminist ethics.
