Melina Bentes is a Master’s student at the School of Social Sciences and Humanities of the NOVA University Lisbon. In 2022, she graduated in Law and developed her Scientific Initiation research on Anti-Positivist Theories of Law, focusing on the Philosophy of Joseph Raz and Julie Dickson. Her research interests include Wittgenstein’s Philosophy, especially topics related to Hinges Epistemology and Social Epistemology. She is a Lawyer, with experience in Philosophy of Law and Critical Legal Theory.
