The book Missing Links: A Book in Ten Sessions, by Lucas Ferraço Nassif, researcher at CineLab, received the Award from the Association of Moving Image Researchers [AIM] for Best Monograph released in 2023. The book is available in open access.

The Association of Moving Image Researchers [AIM] aims to promote research in areas such as cinema, television, video and the Internet, and to be a platform for knowledge and scientific sharing between the various researchers who work on moving images in Portugal and abroad. The purpose of the AIM Awards, created in 2021, is to highlight and promote excellence in moving image research. In the Best Monograph category, only original works published in 2023 were considered, dedicated to a single topic of relevance to research on the moving image and written by a single author.
