Philosophy Through Film

The pedagogy initiative, Philosophy Through Film, has been developed in a bachelor degree module on film programming offered by the Comunication Sciences Department (Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, New University of Lisbon). The initiative has generated four distinct film programs.

• 2008-2009: “Existence and Transcendence”
• 2009-2010: “Sense and Paradox”
• 2010-2011: “Stanley Cavell”
• 2011-2012: “Mind, Consciousness, and Emotions”
