Manuel Ferreiro has a BA in Philosophy and is now taking a MA in Philosophy at the School of Social Sciences and Humanities – NOVA FCSH. Currently doing the taught portion of the degree, he is preparing and starting to develop – under the supervision of Professor Nuno Venturinha – his thesis “Monismo Neutro – Russell e a Atual Investigação sobre a Fundamentação Comum da Física e da Psicologia” (Neutral Monism – Russell and the Current Investigation on the Common Basis of Physics and Psychology), a project in the frontier between Philosophy of Mind and Philosophy of Physics that is being funded by a research fellowship awarded by IFILNOVA (national funds through FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia under the project UIDP/00183/2020).
