The Argumentation, Cognition and Language Lab of the NOVA Institute of Philosophy, NOVA University Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking to recruit one PhD student in the scope of the Project “TeachGenAI: Defining, promoting and assessing critical AI literacy for effective and responsible use of GenAI tools in teaching and learning”, funded by national funds through FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia. Requirements and additional Information

Admission requirements:

• Masters’ degree in Education, Teaching, or other field directly related to the topic of the project.
• Be enrolled in a PhD programme at a Portuguese university.
• Fluent (at least C1 or native) Portuguese and English are strictly necessary.
  

The grant is scheduled to start in May 2026.

The grant amount is 1309,64€ per month, according to the table of scholarship values directly attributed by FCT, I.P. in the country. To this value is added the voluntary social insurance corresponding to the first level, in case the candidate opts for its attribution, as well as the personal accident insurance.
